Hello,
Today I was trying to connect my Bluetooth device to my computer and when i tried to connect it immediately told me that bluetooth had failed to connect, i brushed this off as a need to just reconnect my bluetooth device so i when into bluetooth and tried to disconnect my device, when i tried it would load for a few seconds then say remove failed, im not sure what could be the causing problem but before this issue i had recently upgraded my mother board to a gigabyte b650 gaming x ax v2 and other parts, maybe that could be the problem?

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

My apologies about that. May I ask when you have upgraded your motherboard, have you uninstalled the Bluetooth drivers via device manager, or have you installed new drivers from the manufacturer website?

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
