Dear Brad Davey,
Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft community. I'm glad I was able to help you. If I don't understand your question, please let me know right away.
Knowing that your computer screen is blue, I understand the inconvenience caused by this problem. Don't worry, I'll do my best to help you figure it out.
Did you get a blue screen code? It should be displayed on the blue screen. Did you make any changes before the blue screen appeared? Such as updating the system, replacing hardware, downloading software, etc.
You can perform the following methods first, which can eliminate errors to some extent:
-Can you go into safe mode? Press and hold shutdown and restart three times or press and hold the Shift key to restart, and you will enter the Windows recovery environment, where you can find Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Boot Settings > select Safe Mode Boot.

If you can. Check the path of "C:\Windows\Minidump" to see if there is a ".dmp" file. If there is, you can upload it to the cloud and share it with me, which will help me better analyze the reasons for the blue screen on your computer. At the same time, you can restore and reset the system in the settings..
- If you can't. I suggest creating bootable media for Windows 10 to help repair your computer.
- Use a work computer connected to the Internet. Go to the Microsoft website (Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)) and download the Windows 10 installation tool.
- Open the downloaded tool and select "Create Installation Media". After selecting your preferred language and other settings, select USB flash drive as the media type.
- Make sure that your USB drive has at least 8 GB of space, because it will be formatted in the process.
- After creating a bootable USB drive, plug it into the computer that needs maintenance.
- Restart the computer and press the appropriate key (such as F2, F12, DEL, etc., depending on your computer brand) to enter the BIOS or startup menu.
- In the BIOS settings, find the startup sequence setting and set the USB flash drive as the first startup device. Save changes and exit the BIOS.
- Your computer will start from USB drive. On the initial setup screen, select your language and other preferences, and then click Next.
- Click "Repair Your Computer" in the lower left corner of the window.
- Select Troubleshooting, and then select Advanced Options. Here, you can access various repair tools, such as Startup Repair or System Restore.
- According to the options you choose, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair process. After the repair is completed, take out the USB drive and restart the computer.

I hope the above information can help you. If you try the solution, feel free to tell me the results or the problems you are facing.
