Computer keeps crashing unexpectedly.

My computer has decided it doesn't want to work anymore.

it crashes during games and even when i look at it wrong, but mainly with games.

sometimes it has a hard time booting back afterwords. my issue is getting worse by the restart.

To add every time it crashes it also restarts the computer as well.

I've share the event log of afterwords when i had a boot issue and left it alone for a bit. If anything looks out of the ordinary i'd love to see what someones opinion of what may have happened or put me on the right track. I saved the log if anyone has any questions

Hi, thank you for that information, in this case, we need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

    https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/...

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

    Method 2. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, we will run a system repair on the affected device.

Hi, thank you for that information, as per checking and analyzing the logs and DMP files there are multiple GameInput Service service errors, this issue occurs when there is a miscalibration with the display driver or a corrupted system file is associated with Xbox and Microsoft store apps, may I know the make and model of your Graphics card? so that I can provide you with steps wherein we will do a clean installation of the graphics card driver.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.
