Counting number of persons in a Teams List multi-person field

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to have a separate column in a Teams list to count and sum up the number of people in a multi-person field of a separate column? And help with the JSON code to enable that? So that I may then arrange the rows in order of decreasing number of people. See example below for a training record, but the 'total interested' is manually typed in:
