The keys don't work

I have encountered such a problem: recently, the "Left Shift" keys", "6", "8", "9", " F1", "F2", "F4", "F8", "F12", "Pause/Break" began to work intermittently. they can stop working both for a long time and for a short time. After the laptop "warms up" in some game, they usually start working, they can stop working for a few minutes and "return" after several clicks in a row, or they can turn off for a long time.

I messed up something in the settings, the keys stick when it is turned on, the keys can start working at a random moment, and immediately turn off.

I connected another keyboard via USB - it works fine. I tried to turn off the battery - to no avail. I haven't dared to disassemble it yet.

Can you tell me what the problem is?

    Hello, Роман Часовой

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. Since your external keyboard is fine, it looks like there is a hardware issue with your laptop keyboard that is not making sensitive contact. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer's after-sales service or a professional computer repairer for assistance.

I look forward to your feedback.

    Best Regards,
