When i try to connect my bluetooth earbuds it connects but i can't select the audio device, after a few seconds it says not connected. If i press connect it says "that didn't work make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable". The earbuds works just fine in my phone.

I have a bluetooth joystick that has no problems. I have updated the bluetooth driver also.

Device is Soundcore liberty 4 nc

Thank you for the information. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and find Bluetooth Support Service. Right-click to restart the service. Then, open Properties for this service and set its Startup type to Automatic.

If you haven’t already, try reinstalling the drivers for your TP-Link Bluetooth dongle. Open Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, and select Uninstall device. Restart your computer, and Windows should reinstall the correct drivers.

Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

Hmm, have you tried a different USB port? Have you also tried the dongle on a different computer to isolate it's not the issue? After checking the site, the TP-Link dongle should be plug-and-play, unless you're using a Windows 7 OS.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

My apologies about that. May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop/Dekstop's motherboard?

May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop, or your Desktop's motherboard?

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.

In the System Summary section, look for the following:

BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.

BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

I would also suggest trying again on clean boot mode.

Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.

Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.

Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.

In Task Manager, disable all startup items.

Close Task Manager, then click OK in System Configuration.

    Restart your computer.

Also, please suggest to reset your earphones.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
