Bad text rendering

Question

For some reason text look so hard to read, I've tried turning off and on smooth font but it doesn't fix the issue

Are you using a desktop or a laptop computer?

I already checked that before and it was at recommended i tried other resolution too and it didn't fix it

I can see the issue in the picture. Make sure your display resolution is set to the recommended resolution on Settings > System > Display

So I've tried the adjust cleartype tuner and it didn't fix the issue so here is a picture taken from my phone not a screenshot.. The text on the screenshot looks good.

Go to Settings > Personalization > Fonts > Adjust Clear Type text

Follow the Clear Type wizard and check if the text gets better to read.

If it not good, please send a picture of your screen showing the text (not a screenshot)
