Hello! I'm Manoel Barros, a Microsoft user just like you! I will do my best to help you.

If possible, please send me more minidump files for a more detailed analysis.

Based on the analysis of your minidump file, GenshinImpact is one of the culprits. Uninstall GenshinImpact using Revo to ensure that all leftovers of the application are deleted.

    • You can install GenshinImpact again at the end and check if the problem persists.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the program. See the link below:

NOTE: This is not a Microsoft website, but it appears to provide accurate and safe information. Be aware of ads that may advertise products that are often classified as PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Products). Research any product advertised on the site before deciding to download and install it.

    1. Download Revo and install it > Find the program you want and double-click it > Click ''Continue'' > Follow the steps in the program to uninstall it.
    2. After uninstalling the program, go back to Revo > In Uninstall Mode, select ''Advanced'' > Click ''Scan''.
    3. Revo will search for any remnants of files that the program left behind when it was uninstalled. Select them all and delete them, then continue until you are finished.
    4. That's it! Your program will be uninstalled!

I look forward to your feedback on the issue! If your problem is solved, please review the topic so I can help other users with this issue.
