    Hello, Carolyn Edwards

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have carefully read the information you provided and the problem description. Your computer is unable to turn on Memory Integrity.

I understand that this issue is troubling you; memory integrity prevents attackers from using such code to control critical parts of the system by detecting and blocking unsigned or malicious drivers and system files from running. This requires that all your drivers are from the device manufacturer and are required to be certified.

I suggest you try uninstalling all the drivers using the OOBE tool, then download the driver collection package or the corresponding driver download software from the device manufacturer's website, reinstall all the drivers, and then test the memory integrity to see if it can be turned on. The detailed steps are as follows.

    Method 1. Perform OOBE

To perform a sysprep operation to uninstall all drivers and update the system, you need to be careful as it may delete user data. More detailed step-by-step instructions are provided below:

    Important Tip:

Since sysprep may delete data from user folders, it is strongly recommended that you back up important files (documents, pictures, desktop files, etc.) before performing this operation. You can copy the files to an external storage device or cloud drive to ensure data security.

Before performing the sysprep operation, make sure to disconnect all external devices, such as USB devices, printers, external hard discs, etc., to prevent interruptions or conflicts.

Press Win + R. In the Run dialogue box, type sysprep and click OK or press Enter.

Find the executable file named sysprep.exe in the folder.

Double-click sysprep.exe, which will bring up the System Preparation Tools dialogue box.

In the System Preparation Tools dialogue box, select the following options:

System Cleanup Actions: Select ‘Enter OOBE’.

Generalisation: Check this option, it will remove all device drivers and restore the system to the state it was in when it first booted.

Shutdown Options: Select ‘Shutdown’, this will shut down the computer when the operation is complete.

    Confirm and start the operation

Since I don't know the exact model of your computer, please go to the device manufacturer's website to download the driver collection package or the corresponding driver download software and then install it.

    Best regards
