sound problem

Hello!

    I think you are talking about windows reset. yeah, I tried, even I reinstalled the windows 10 and I updated both (windows and drivers) but still no sound on laptop loudspeaker and no sound on Headphone, just i can play sound with a speaker connecting with Bluetooth,,,,,

    and also, I have to mention the Tek Tek Cracking sound stopped after reinstalling the Windows that the PC had before, After the installing the drivers the Tek Tek Cracking sound start again, I installed BOIS driver updated then cracking sound stopped again, but unfortunately after a start, again Tek Tek sound started.

    I noticed you reported my answer that the issue was not resolved, and I want to make sure I answered your question completely and accurately. Have you tried doing a Reset this PC? Can you give me more details on what happened?

    if most methods fail, you may need to consider performing a Reset this PC with Keep my files option.
