If you do not have another account configured on this laptop?

Remember that if you have a school or work account configured, the possibility of getting the bit-locker code is minimal.

If you cannot find the only way to access Windows again from your laptop is to

reinstall it.

If the laptop was off for four months, is the battery fully charged? Do you have it plugged in, if the battery needs to charge?

If you have never set up BitLocker for use, then you should be able to click on Skip this drive.

this came up You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys uploaded to your Microsoft account.

how can i search cant get past this screen

what it is the laptop was off for four months turned on this screen showed up
