Broken Windows? Urgent!

Hello! I've recently been having several problems with my windows applications on my PC. Firstly, whenever I try to open any of the Office systems it says it can't be opened in safemode - reguardless of the options I choose, it still does not open. Other applications like Discord simply do no open when clicked. I tried to uninstall apps like discord, so see if reinstalling it would fix it however nothing happens when I click "uninstall", directly on the app or in the settings tab. Other programs like my Wacom Tablet and Adobe acrobat reader do not work as they claim "Class not registered". Whenever I restart my computer or update it, it takes about an hour to restart then claims it could not install windows updates and has to uninstall changes.

I've already been through some help guides on the internet to fix the safemode problem, however none of these work and many of them do not fix the other problems I've been talking about.

I would be extremely greatful to anyone who could tell me how to fix these issues, or rather anyone who could tell me if this is an issue with software or the computer itself.

Many thanks in advance

    or update it, it takes about an hour to restart then claims it could not install windows updates and has to uninstall changes.

    Have you run the Windows update troubleshooter?

    Maybe start with my "IsWindowsHealty.bat" file. Run it from an admin command prompt. Normal boot, not safemode.

    It will run check disk and the system file checker and also the Windows update troubleshooter.

    Try open start and search for cmd and right click on the Command prompt and run it as administrator and then type the following command:

    sfc /scannow

    And press enter and let it runs.

    @Luca Vero
    Hi,
    If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files.
    You could follow the following steps in order, step-by-step, and we’ll try to get you back on track:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

    Also, if the office systems can't be opened in safe mode, you could refer to the following link:
    Office applications don't start when Windows is running in safe mode
