how do i fix this problem??

I keep on getting directx unrecoverable error while play call of duty modern warfare 3 ive tried everything that i can find on the internet and i even went to formatting my hard drive and i still get the samething...i can play other games just fine but COD its a different story. It started when black ops 6 beta came out and i get this for COD now..

    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this error occurs when there is a miscalibration of the Display/GPU driver of the PC, in this case, we will run a clean installation of the display driver, may I know the make and model of the display driver so that I can provide you the steps?
