[Problem]

I currently have an issue where I am logged out of my windows administrator account. I could not get into troubleshoot or “forget password” because I grt the blue screen of death errors. Is there a way to bypass or use the Authenticator app to retrieve my password?

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    You can create a new local account on your computer without linking it to a Microsoft account or setting a password by following these steps. This method works offline and is compatible with Windows 11. Just make sure that you put utilman.exe back in its original location afterwards.

    If you still can't connect using this method, you might need to reinstall Windows using a USB key. This will allow you to choose whether or not to keep your files while being reinstalled. See this guide for detailed instructions:

    Once you can log in again, reset your password.
