Try restart your PC and see if you are able to print?
If not, then open start and search for Services and open it and find the Print Spooler in the list of services and right click and stop it.
Then open start and search for %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and open it and delete everything there.
Then open Services again and right click on Print Spooler and click start.
Then see if it solve the problem.
problem started today after I did a visual IDme with the IRS. Opened printer and it had s jam. pushed down on paper feed and it printed one doc. has not printed since. have one job in print que and it wont cancel.
