One of the minidumps directly mentions the RAM as the cause of the crash. Since you mention that removing 2 sticks of RAM makes the system stable, probably one of these RAM sticks that you removed is the cause of the problem.
I suggest you use the free MemTest86 tool for a deep check of these RAM sticks.
(Reinstall the RAM sticks you removed before running the MemTest86 scan.)

The deep scan can take a long time, depending on how much RAM you have. So do it at a time that suits you.
