I can't use the camera of my laptop it's just black. I restarted it but it's still black with no error message.

We will be happy to help you today. Typically, if there is a black screen, it is usually the Camera Privacy protector on the Camera. Could you check if there is a latch?
If the issue exists for a specific app like Zoom, it can be different.
