    Thanks for the screenshot.

Your Windows has not been updated since December 12, 2023.

Do you suspect that you have a virus in your system?

It is a weird behavior that can be caused by a virus. But it can also be just a coincidence.

Would you rather perform a full scan with some tools to make sure your system is clean of viruses?

You can perform a full scan using Microsoft Safety Scanner. Download from the link below.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...

Also, perform a full scan using Malwarebytes as a second opinion.

    Download through this link: https://malwarebytes.com/

IMPORTANT: When installing, a 14-day trial will be activated. I suggest disabling this trial to avoid conflict with your current antivirus. Access the Malwarebytes settings (gear icon at the top of the window), tab "Account" and click "Disable".

After scanning, you can uninstall it.

Let me know the result. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately, to take the screenshot, you used "msinfo32" instead of "winver", which I suggested. I can't see the full build using msinfo32.

Please check the current OS Build of your Windows 10 using the "winver".

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

Do you have third-party security software installed on your system?

    If yes, which one?

What is the current "OS Build" of your Windows 10?

    • Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.

If you prefer, share a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
