unknown command from internet

i've unknowingly put this script code <mod removed> . i think i have been hacked.

i have run multiple window defender scan from quick scan to offline scan and it still says nothing is detected, i have even tried scanning using malwarebytes as someone recommended it to me. and it still found nothing. Several hours later i found some unknown post on my instagram. Can someone tell me what does the command do and what should i do. This is my first laptop that i own after more than a year of saving, i'm truly desperate.
