    Hello! I'm Manoel Barros!

First, I will ask some questions to better probe your problem.

    1. Does this problem happen constantly? Or just a few times while using your PC?
    2. Did this problem start after any updates, program installs or advanced configuration modifications?
    3. Do you use a desktop or laptop?
    4. Do you use any external speakers or earphones?
    5. Does your keyboard have the option to increase and decrease volume?

This problem can happen for several reasons... the most common are audio driver or physical problem in the headset, speakers or the volume keys of the keyboard.

If you have a headset, try another one. I had this problem, and in my case the problem was caused by the headset (bad contact).

I look forward to your feedback on the issue! If your problem is solved, please review the topic so I can help other users with this issue.
