I'm currently getting BSOD whenever i play any game besides League of Legends, i've run a pc benchmark and my GPU is good (RTX 2070), ive recently saved a mini dump from the last time it happened and honestly have no clue where to go from here. Any other game it blacks out or just straight gives me the blue screen within 5 minutes of playing them. Any help is appreciated!

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there are errors with bindflt.sys, which is Windows Bind Filter Driver is a file system driver. It starts only if the user, an application, or another service begins, which means it only triggers due to a corrupted system file or a miscalibrated file, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

    Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Method 2. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there are any RAM issues.

    • Press Windows key + R then type in mdsched.exe hit OK then restart the device.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: before doing this make sure to create a restore point: https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/402753...

    1. go to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
    2. Select Download Now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
    3. On the License terms page, if you accept the license terms, select Accept.
    4. On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next.
    5. After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.

Hi Hunter, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, based on your inputs, it seems that there is a miscalibration with the display driver, in addition, can you share the Minidump files so that we can further check and analyze the issue? kindly follow the steps below:

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

To help investigate the crashes you're experiencing, please check if your system has created any minidump files:

1.Open File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump.

2.If any .dmp files are present, compress them into a zip folder.

3.Upload the zip folder to a cloud storage service like OneDrive or Google Drive, and share the link here so we can review the files.
