How to roll back setup install

Just looking at my laptop screen with a message “let’s finish setting up your pc” it was a windows 10 install on an old laptop so it can’t update so why am I seeing this? Theirs is no cancel option visible so how can I roll this back to how it was with all my files and data ok?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    It is best to let that process to try to complete, if the update fails, it should automatically roll back the update, if that has been less than an hour, give it some time to complete the process.

    If you then cannot get into Windows:

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Look for an option to uninstall the latest update.
