There are two to three features under that option. Could you please specify which feature is having the auto shut-off problem? When you enter the disabled feature, there should be a prompt explaining why it was turned off. You can refer to this prompt and let us know the details.
Files in the Windows system don’t just get corrupted for no reason, especially considering you've switched computers. You might want to check if any of the software you've installed could be causing malicious behavior or modifying the system. Sometimes, file corruption is detected because files have been replaced by other software, and most of the time it’s not an issue with Windows itself.
