So i recorded a video about the process of the bluetooth crashing to the blue screen error message. But i cannot upload here (also tried to convert the video into a link) so i will explain here. I have also done all the troubleshooting steps, reinstalled drivers and updated my pc.

  1. Bluetooth drivers crashes
  2. Cannot click on bluetooth to turn off/on, i can also not remove the device or other devices and it says "drivererror".
  3. I open device manager and i see error on bluetooth device and other things.
  4. I restart my laptop because thats the only way i know that it fixes the drivers.
  5. I wait until it restarts but then the laptop crashes and gets the blue screen error message.
  6. Then it tries to resolve the issue and boots up and the problem is fixed. But i get this randomly, like the drivers crashes randomly, could be the bluetooth headsets that is not working probably. But i did go to their support page and tried to fix there aswell.

The best option would be to contact your IT Department in your work environment they can provide you a method to share the files outside your company environment.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
