Product Key invalid..?

I'm being told my product key is generic and doesn't legal activate Windows for me. So I purchased Windows a 2nd time in order to change my product key. Now, it wont let me change my product key. How do I fix this? Is my product key actually no good? See photos

If the computer has a valid licence then a generic key will activate.

The key may still show as the last characters of the generic key, if the activation page shows as activated then the device is registered as activated.

You can use ShowKeyPlus from the Store to check what that shows about the licence. Also use Check edition in the app and input the product key you bought to verify what it is.

    It just says it's activated.. i know it's activated... that's not what I'm saying the issue is. The issue is I was told that the product key is generic and so my activation isn't legitimate.

    To better diagnose the issue,

    1. Right-click Start button and Choose Windows Powershell(admin) and type in the following command:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    You will get a window, take a screenshot and send the same in the next reply.

    1. Run the activation troubleshooter and send us the output.
