Apps opening by itself

I've disabled everything on Startup by checking the startup files (shell:startup) and task manager.     When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    In the Filter Box at the top of autoruns, type this: geforce

    Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window.
