- Reinstall the mouse driver.
Press the Windows key + X
Select Device Manager
Extend Mice and other pointing devices
Select your mouse and uninstall the driver.
restart your computer.
- Try to check if you have any restore points in System Restore and perform a system restore. Keep in mind that it will remove any applications, drivers, and updates that were installed after the restore point was made

If none of these suggestions work. Try to test the mouse, if it works fine on another working computer. If the mouse does not work on another computer, it may be faulty and needs to be replaced
