Hi, I'm Jan and I'd be happy to help you today. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Try each of the following.

    1. Reinstall the mouse driver.

Press the Windows key + X

    Select Device Manager

Extend Mice and other pointing devices

Select your mouse and uninstall the driver.

    restart your computer.

    1. Try to check if you have any restore points in System Restore and perform a system restore. Keep in mind that it will remove any applications, drivers, and updates that were installed after the restore point was made

    Using System Restore

    1. Try each of the suggestions from this support article.

If none of these suggestions work. Try to test the mouse, if it works fine on another working computer. If the mouse does not work on another computer, it may be faulty and needs to be replaced

My mouse works but I can't scroll with it, so I have a new mouse and I would like to remove this one and install the new one.
