Do you know what processors are using 100%?
Are you using SSD or HDD hard disk?

So after i updated my pc from windows 10 to 11 a while back my cpu usage on task manager has seemingly locked on to 100% usage. Altough the usage shows 100% i haven't noticed any difference in performance while gaming or just under normal load, temps (fan speeds) you name it.
I have tried to clean boot among other various solutions but the usage stays the same.
I also have checked usage on 3. Party softwares (such as msi center and process explorer) but they all show 1-10% while idle.
I have also done malware scans on various AV softwares.
