I'm sending you a picture of what my problem looks like, because of this, when I select Windows 10, the computer only restarts.

Hello Milorad Bagic, Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

According to your feedback, you are experiencing a problem with your computer booting to win10 but logging into the loop

I would like to check with you if your computer is dual system? Is it a desktop, or a laptop?

If you are using a desktop computer, we recommend that you shut down your computer first.

Then remove the mouse, keyboard and other external devices, and then disconnect the power supply

Press and hold the power button to discharge the battery.

Then turn on the computer again and see if the problem persists.

You can also try to force the computer to turn on and off three times (every time you see the windows logo, force it to turn off)

Then go to WinRE and click on Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.

Then see if your problem is solved.

If the problem persists, you can also go into WinRE and click on Command Prompt.

    Then try a disk check

    Type chkdsk c: /f

Wait for the check to complete and see if it checks and fixes the problem.

Disclaimer: Running chkdsk checks the file system and file system metadata of a volume for logical and physical errors. To avoid unnecessary trouble, please follow the above steps step by step and do not interrupt or cancel it during the run, and make backups of important data.

We hope you find the above information helpful and look forward to hearing from you!
