Application Crash Error

Hello,

I’m experiencing a persistent crash issue with the application Valorant and some other gaming application on my Windows 11 system. Here are my system specifications:

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics Card: AMD Radeon 6500M 4 GB
  • Storage: 512 GB SSD

Despite trying all possible solutions suggested, including updating drivers, checking for Windows updates, reinstalling the game, and running it as an administrator, the issue persists. I’ve also ensured that my system meets all the requirements for the game.

Could anyone suggest further troubleshooting steps or any known issues with similar configurations?

Thank you!

Hello, and thanks for reaching out! I'm Nals, and I'll be happy to assist you today. My response times may vary, but I generally reply between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST (UTC +5:30) every day of the week.

Please check if your system is generating any minidump files. If it is, feel free to share them with me, and I'll assist you in analyzing the potential cause of the issue.

    1. C:\Windows\Minidump
    2. Copy the minidump files to your Desktop, then compress them into a ZIP file.
    3. Upload the ZIP file to a cloud service (such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.), and create a shareable link.
    4. Share the link here so we can review the files for you.

    Best regards,

    Nals
