Hi everyone;

I have tried all the methods found on the internet but I cannot use the Windows Store. Neither an application is updated nor can I download a new application. I am using Windows 11 and it is up to date. I have tried resetting the Store application etc. but my problem persists. I definitely need more professional support.

Regards,

    If the issue persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

    Few things to check on the PC

    **Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

    **Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

    Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns by clicking the "Reply" button at the end of my response. I will appreciate it.

    Kind regards,

    Hi John,
    First of all, thank you for your interest. I have done all these things you said before but I did not get any results. A while ago, a friend from Microsoft support connected to my computer and checked but he did not get any results either. He asked me to download a Windows installation media and run it for updates, I will try that soon. But my concern is I hope I do not lose my data.
