Hello

I really need help from a Windows expert technician, I have Windows Server 2019 almost every day the system crashes and gets stuck on a black screen.

I also collected some data that might help in analyzing the cause of the problem. Attached is:

DATA

Next is what appears in Event View :

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates it is a driver associated to your Intel processor that is causing your system to crash.

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Intel chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed
