    Hi,luantang

Thank you for your reply, uggs outlet, you can first press win+x to open the device manager, will all the sound card driver uninstalled, restart the computer, let the computer install the default driver test. You can also go to your computer's official website to download the latest driver and install it.

Also, I think it may be a compatibility issue with the driver after a system update, I suggest you feedback to the manufacturer of the sound card to update the latest driver and report the issue in the Windows Feedback Center at the same time.

Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.

Please share the feedback link here after submitting as it will allow others on the forum to vote for your submission, including me. More votes will lead to more visibility and higher priority to the development team.

Thanks for the reply from Bob.H.

The sound card I use is a sound card from China for live webcasting. It seems that the manufacturer does not support this sound card very well. But there was no such error script pop-up window before.

I tried the method you provided, clean boot and disabled some non-Microsoft third-party services, and scanned and repaired with adwcleaner, but no related abnormalities were found.

    Hello, luantang

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, thank you for your feedback on your issue here, it seems that you are experiencing a script error popup that keeps popping up.

In order to help you better, could you ask for the specific information about the sound card driver and the sound card control panel that you mentioned, so that I can follow up and test it for you.

In addition, you can try to enter Safe Mode first to see if it reports any errors. Windows startup settings - Microsoft Support

If Safe Mode is fine, then do a clean boot and see if there is any interference from other software:How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

    Best regards
