Camera errors after recent update

I am getting this error: Camera Reserved By Another App, Error: 0xA00F4243(0xC00D3704) but there are no other apps running according to my task manager. How do I get my camera to work?
I have tried troubleshooting, restarting (more than once) and reset the camera. It was working fine before the update but now when I try to use it the light comes on but the Zoom video is blank???
