Hi Romieo, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you're having issues. I'm here to help. To get a better understanding, could you let me know where you're seeing this error? For example, does it pop up when you're opening a specific program or website? Also, do you remember if you made any recent changes to your system, like installing new software or updates?

If possible, could you capture a screenshot of the error message and attach it to your next response? That will help me get a clearer idea of what might be going on.

Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted out for you!

    John J.D.

Thank you for letting me know.

The error message you're seeing indicates that there's an issue with a JavaScript file within the PowerENGAGE application. Specifically, it’s unable to find a valid app, which could be due to several reasons.

Please follow the steps outlined in this resource: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/javascript-error...

Click "Reply" below to let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, please provide more details.

    Thanks John.

I believe this application is a part of my brother software. I tried to uninstall, but again the pop up comes and stops me from uninstalling.

Thank Romieo for letting me know.

Please open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check if there’s any process related to the application running. If you find it, please right-click and stop the process.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling the app from Safe Mode using this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win...

Let me know how it goes.
