Hello CCSSSCS and welcome to the Microsoft Community!
According to your feedback, you are experiencing an issue where Bluetooth audio stops after a CTRL+C or CTRL+V shortcut
I think you can try using clean boot to see if this is related to third party software
Performing a clean boot
Here's how to do it
- Tap Windows+R and type msconfig
- Open System Configuration and select General tab - Selective Startup.
- Remove the checkmark of Load startup items.
- Go to the Services tab - click Hide all microsoft services in the lower left corner, and then click Disable all.
- Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all microsoft services first and then click Disable all, otherwise it may lead to unforeseen problems such as not being able to access the system.)
- Check if the problem will reappear.
DISCLAIMER: Clean Boot is a way to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your games or programs and help you figure out the cause of the problem. It will help you get back on track.
Restart the Bluetooth service:
Press Win + R to open the Run window, type services.msc and press Enter.
Find “Bluetooth Support Service”, right click on it and select “Restart”.
You can also go to your computer's official website and update the motherboard driver, sound card driver, and Bluetooth driver module of your computer.
In addition to that, try copying and pasting with the right mouse button to see if it triggers the problem.
This will help me to help you troubleshoot whether it is the hard disk load or the copy and paste function that is causing the problem.
Finally you can click on windows key > settings > accessibility > keyboard > on screen keyboard
Then check to see if the problem is there, you can see if it is caused by the keyboard
We hope you find the above information helpful
