RDP issues

When I am connecting to the Server through RDP, the error showing "The remote resource can't be reached. Check your connection and try again or ask your network administrator for help", After some time, I am able connect. I have tried with the office network as well as my personnel hotspot but getting the same error for all most all the employees, after some time we are able to take RDP to the server.

    Based on my understanding of this issue, it seems that your remote server may have been turned off or disconnected from the network for some time, which is why you were unable to connect to it. Later, someone might have turned the server back on, allowing you to connect to it as usual.
