Hi , I'm Vinay an Independent Advisor.
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community ,
I'll be glad to assist you today.
The issue you’re describing, where Windows setup enters an infinite loop, is likely caused by a problem during installation. Here are steps to troubleshoot and fix it:
1.Recreate Installation Media: Use Microsoft's Media Creation Tool with a fresh USB.
2.Disconnect Peripherals: Remove all devices except the mouse, keyboard, and USB drive.
3.Reset BIOS: Enter BIOS, reset to default, and ensure USB is prioritized.
4.Use Different USB Port: Try a USB 2.0 port for installation.
5.Check UEFI/Legacy Mode: Ensure BIOS boot mode (UEFI/Legacy) matches the installation media.
6.Delete Partitions: Delete all partitions during install and let Windows create new ones.
If it still loops, there may be a hardware issue.
Let me know if this solution works for you. If not , please feel free to reply, and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Regards, Vinay :)
