I have widows 10 and have just put a new computer together . New motherboard with 32 gigs of ram a 1050 geforce video card and everything works great but it takes me 2 try's to get it to boot up to my windows page and i must push key board keys to get it there. I do not have a new monitor and it is about 10 12 years old . I have tried reinstalling my operating system and that did not work I have also tried a couple other option from the internet that did not work . Sure could use some new ideas that could help me figure this one out

Or you can try to use driver verifier to see if any of drivers are having problems. Or you can try to capture the dump file for us to analyze what happened to your computer. Well we are getting closer. I tired the safe mode and it booted without my help..Thank you so much for a good start on my problem . I have always had good luck with Microsofts help . I will try them and let you know if they were able to cure my problem

Im having problems with contacting anybody from Microsoft ..I think I have found my problem . I have opened my Disk management and have found that I have a partition in front of the my C drive that i think it is trying to boot from first in my C drive it say system reserve healthy active healthy primary partition and next my new volume c says ...healthy boot page file crash dump primary partition.. Is this my problem and how do I fix it

That "System Reserved" partition is created by System for Recovery Options when you are unable to start windows.
Its chances obstructing normal windows boot-up sequence is low to nothing.

Safe Mode booting only loads the very basic drivers that can help you diagnose issues with your PC.
As you are able to boot in safe mode without any issues, suggests that there is a problem with your hardware driver.

I would like if you could follow this:
Cold boot the machine. let it stuck on windows logo. Note the timing it gets stuck on.
Reboot as usual, now head to the Event Viewer in Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
Expant Custom Views> Administrative Events
Check Error, Critical events occured near the time you noted.
Select and "Save selected events" save that file and upload it here for diagnosis.

I have looked up the code and found a couple of things to try ..thank you for getting me there. If you have any quick fix let me know . It says I may have to reinstall my system but I already did that to no success . they say it could have something to do with my protection modes . Any ways I got a list to try

Did a scan on all my files in my command prompt and found no corrupted files . I'm beginning to think I am missing a file called protection services which might be linked to my problem because I can not find it. I reentered my Microsoft key and it went threw no problem because these quick fixes told me to. I went through 5 fixes and none seem to work. I just don't get it.
