    No one here can send you a bill/invoice.

    When you say installation bill did you buy a Pro upgrade licence from the windows Store or buy Pro as a full licence from the Store or online Microsoft website.

    If you bought from Microsoft your invoice will be in the purchase history of the account used to buy the licence.

    This is a user community and users don't have access to other accounts.

    If you had someone else install windows for you and buy a licence then you need to contact that company.
