It seems you have tried most of the troubleshooting. Also trying to Switch to a public DNS server like Google’s can often resolve DNS issues
1.Right-click the Start button and select Network Connections.
- Click Change adapter options.
3.Right-click your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select Properties.
4.Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
5.Choose Use the following DNS server addresses:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
6.Click OK and restart your computer.
