Windows 11 reset failure

hello. i've been trying to reset my windows 11 system but as i start the process it crashes on 20% and does not give any bug information just sending me back to recovery screen. please help

    I think you need a boot USB at this stage. Available at Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) use the Media Creation tool to create a boot 8GB flash drive.

    Once you are able to boot from the USB you can enter Language > Repair and you will see the same available options as the recovery environment.

    If it still doesn't fix it then a clean install may be the only option.

    Do you have a backup of you personal files, as a clean install deletes all data.

    You will need a working windows PC to create the boot USB.

    hello. thanks for your answer, but sadly it didn't help me as windows said there was an error while deleting last update. i can't go out of recovery mode too

    Make sure you disconnect external devices while Reset process is being carried out.

    In the recovery setting can you run Fix problems using Windows Update > Reinstall now.
