how do i fix this??

sfc scan now stops at 64 percent , everytime i right click on the home screen windows explorer crash , cant reset pc nor download updates , every i open files it also crashes my windows explorer. i try to reset my pc and it gives me the error code 0xc0000185

    1. Find one or two flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)
    2. Find a working Windows computer
    3. On the working Windows computer create tools that can be used on the problematic computer:

    a) Sea Tools bootable
