Authenticator nom longer generating codes for Facebook / Meta

I have recently upgraded my iPhone and on my new device I was logged out of the authenticator app. When I have logged back in my Facebook account was no longer there and as such I can no longer gain access to Facebook via 2-factor-authentication. Is there anyway I can generate a new code through Authenticator for Facebook / Meta?

I'll just provide the most important item you'd need to have either done or do with the old phone to recover these items on a new phone, which is to back up the Authenticator to your iCloud account.

Back up account credentials in Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Support

Without the backup, a restore isn't possible, so it's pointless to discuss these other steps unless you have or can create the backup from the old phone as Aiden has apparently realized.

The restore item is among others listed in the left-hand pane of that same page if a backup is still possible.

    Good evening,

From my understanding, you have recently upgraded/replaced your phone, and when you reinstalled authenticator, your TOTP for Meta had disappeared. This happens when the app is deleted, installed on a new device, or a device is reset. In order to better assist you, I would like to know if you have access to the old device. If you still have access to the old device, it seems like there is a way to export the keys, but I would need to do more research on this topic. Additionally, you may be able to request an SMS code from meta to sign you back in.
