suhail, thank you for your reply.

In this situation, you will have to download and install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers (IRST) from your manufacturer's website.

  1. Open the HP drivers and Download page- https://support.hp.com/en-us/drivers
  2. Select your device model.
  3. In the drivers section, download the Intel Rapid storage technology drivers.
  4. Run the downloaded file, extract the files to your USB drive.
  5. Now, plug it into the problematic PC and click Load drivers > Select the folder where the drivers are present and install the drivers.
  6. All your partitions should appear again.

(Delete all the partitions until one allocated space drive is listed —Click Next — Install Windows)

    Hello suhail,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Do you mean that the hard drive is not being detected during the Windows installation process?

    • Do you get "We Couldn't find any drives. To get a storage drive, click Load driver". error?

If I am wrong, could you please take a snapshot of the screen where you are experiencing issues when installing Windows?

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
