I got my new headphones today, i used them using bluetooth, they ran 1st time, but then i tried for more times, the bluetooth toggle on my pc was not toggling like on/off, then i went to settings to enable it, I enable it there, but when i tried conencting to my headphones, it couldnt connect.... I tried connecting headphone with mobile which it connected successfully, SO PROBLEM LIES WITH BLUETOOTH most prolly.

The best option is to manually re-install the provided Bluetooth driver, it may be up to date, but may also be corrupt.

    Thank you for that information,

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of Chipset drivers and Bluetooth drivers they provide.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file does indicate a Bluetooth USB driver as the cause of that crash.

What type of Bluetooth do you have on your PC, is that an internal card or a USB Bluetooth dongle?
