PCL XL error

I am trying to mail merge envelopes size A6 (5.2x7.2).

I am receiving the following error message

Subsystem: KERNEL

Error: IllegalOperatorSequence

Operator: SetColorSpace

Position: 3

please help, I have been trying to get this figured out for 2 weeks now.

    Explain do you own and operate an "Enveloping machine" 

       That mail merge envelopes. if So. I'd suggest to contact the

    company which, manufactured that machine. To get help,..
