Windows 11 using 95% memory when idle

Title.

My Windows 11 uses 95% memory when no apps are open. Yesterday it was 88%, and now its 95%. My laptop has 16gb of RAM.

Games also will open very slowly (tried opening Minecraft Launcher and it ended up not even showing loading screen)

Would be grateful to receive any answers!

    Start your PC and do not open any apps.

    Open Task Manager,

    Select the Performance tab, then click Memory on the left, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    Select the Processes tab, then click the Memory column header so the arrow on that header points down.

    Please provide a screenshot of that window.
