That new minidump file indicates the Steam Streaming microphone driver caused that crash, that is known to cause BSOD's, disable that option in Steam.
Then, disable Driver Verifier and do not re-enable it and wait to see if your system is stable.

For a few weeks now my sons pc has been randomly locking up
he can be in a game or launching a game and it just locks up, or even just doing normal computer tasks it can also just lock up doesnt seem game related as he can be playing a game for a good 2 - 3 hours no issues
if you press CTRL ALT DELETE it loads the screen then you try click task manager and nothing happens the whole pc is frozen (only option is the reset button)
I have downloaded a stress test tool and stressed every part of the PC, CPU, Memory, GPU Power for hours and it has no issues no lockups but then he will be using it normally and it just locks up
Ive tried updating drivers, bios eveything i can think of,
I then found the driver verifier post on here and decided to give that a go turned it on for all but microsoft drivers and the pc would not even boot just kept blue screening until windows fixed the issue by system restore (tried twice didnt boot both times)
from this blue screen i do have a dump file but obviously im not 100% sure this is the locking up issue or a seperate issue from turning on driver verifier
anyone got any ideas or coul,d they take a look at the dump?
EDIT i cant upload the minidump says i dont have permission ive opened in windbg but no idea what im looking at
thanks in advance
Mark

Hi Yes it was a program to record video (online streams) so uninstalled the program and then went to turn on driver verifier again (this time there was no xsplit driver in the list
however we got a blue screen again and heres that minidump
Your minidump files indicate a driver named XSpltVid.sys is causing your PC to crash.
There is not much information available on that driver, but it seems to be part of software named XSplit VCam.
Do you have that software installed on your PC?
Thankyou for your reply sorry for delay i was away with work heres the link below
Thanks

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Please use this method to bypass the permissions restrictions on the minidump files to upload them
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Open that minidump folder
Select any files in there and press Ctrl + C to copy those files
On your Desktop, right click and choose New - Folder
Go into that new folder and press Ctrl + V to paste a copy of those files
Log into OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/
Drag that new folder form your Desktop into the OneDrive page and wait for it to upload
When it has uploaded, right click the folder on the OneDrive page and choose Share
Click Copy Link
Then post that link here.
