In this case, you can reach out to the UHRS side if they are a different entity which means that they have a different support side on their end. This should be acknowledged on their end since this is an account related concern in which they should be handling from the first point of your contact to them.

Hi my name is Bratislav Premovic and I took a part from different platforms for UHRS jobs and now I am disabled, and Clickworker informed me that they cannot help me. I would like only to use one account if it is possible now on clickworker. Can you please help me.

2024-09-25T03:59:17+00:00 But they are from the same entity correct? If that is the case then they should be able to look at this on their end because they are the ones who has access to their systems to be able to check on your account regardless if they are one or separate company.

thank you for your reply. The problem is that I have one account by Clickworker and another one by another Crowdguru and Clickworker told me that UHRS blocked my account because using two different accounts and they cannot help me.

If you have multiple accounts or logins to the Clickworker website then it will be advisable to use only your main account and request to the Clickworker team if they can delete the other accounts that you have as they are the ones who can manage this on their as from our end is that this is a forum on the consumer side of Windows/Microsoft.
